As we introduce the MRV Nordic Club we are psyched to offer our first group activity -- a 5km community based run in Montpelier. Come join us -- we will depart GMVS campus at 7:45am on Saturday morning. Entry fees are $10, and there are prizes for all age groups. We did the race last weekend and a favorite stop for mocha or a latte at Capital Grounds is a nice post-run treat. We will be home by 12pm.
When we return to GMVS we will offer the opportunity to post a 1000m time (or just try out) on one of our Ski Ergs. We are hosting a satellite event in association with the
SkiErg World Championships. We will be in the GMVS Gym from 12-2pm.
